Ordering and Payment
When you order from Cali Bicycle payment will automatically be charged.
Cancelled Orders
Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. Once an item is ordered, we may not be able to cancel the shipment if it has already been processed and shipped.
Handling / Fulfillment Times
Handling and fulfillment times for orders will vary depending on the items ordered. Most items ship within 24-48 hours. Some bicycle orders may take longer.
Cali Bicycle cannot guarantee on handling / fulfillment times. If your order is urgent, please contact us before you purchase to ensure we can deliver the order in the time you wish.
Shipping Policy
Cali Bicycle provides free shipping on all orders to the USA
PO Boxes
We cannot ship items to a P.O Box
Tracking Shipment
Tracking number will be provided when the product has shipped. Please use the carrier's tracking service to get updates on the shipping progress.
Signature Confirmation
All items will require a signature to prevent loss or theft.
Deliver Address
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when you order. We cannot guarantee that we can change an address after the order has been submitted.
We can only ship to the billing address of your credit card.
Damaged Orders from Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. You will have 72 hours to submit a claim after the product has arrived. After that timeframe, we will not be able to cover damage claims.
Please send the following information to service@calibicycle.com Your order number, a description of the damage and photographs or video of the damage to the product and box. Please keep any packaging.
If possible, Cali Bicycle will send replacement parts for the damaged parts - especially bicycle orders. We will only send the replacement parts that are damaged and we do not pay for any labor costs.
Returned / Redelivery of Packages
If an item(s) is returned to Cali Bicycle due to unsuccessful delivery because of an incorrect address or not being able to accept the delivery, payment for redelivery or the cost of delivery will need to be deducted from any refund. If the failed delivery was due to an issue with the carrier, we will work with the customer and the carrier to resolve the issue.
